Please note, that we are currently accepting orders to be shipped to Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and the USA only.
Information
We make every effort to dispatch online orders within 48 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are usually processed in the following 1-2 business days.
Please be aware we still manufacture our Beauties in small batches and hand- controlling the quality before they reach you. In this way, you will have our guarantee your product has been freshly created just for you. Therefore, as you can imagine, this requires a little extra work and time - and we are pretty proud of it! Here is our current shipping and delivery time:
USA: 3-5 business days (excluding order day) Shipping Fee: USD 2.99 depending on the destination - Free over USD 50
Canada: 2-10 business days (excluding order day) Shipping Fee: USD 1.99 - Free over USD 50
Australia: 7-9 business days (excluding order day) Shipping Fee: USD 7.99 - Free over USD 50
UK: 5-10 business days (excluding order day) Shipping Fee: USD 4.99 - Free over USD 50
*Europe and Australia: 7-14 business days (excluding order day) Shipping Fee: USD 4.99 - 9.99, depending on destination. Free over USD 50 * see below for details
To receive Free Shipping over $50, your final order total must be $50 or above, even after discounts are applied.
*We are currently unable to ship to Afghanistan, Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Indonesia, Iran, North Korea, Mexico, Peru, Philippines, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Syria, Taiwan, Yemen, Qatar, Oman, and UAE.
International Shipping
Please note: Customs fees, VAT (value-added tax), and sales tax are typically charged by the government of your country and must be paid by the customer once the package arrives. We cannot determine what these fees will be and are not responsible for delays incurred at customs or any additional fees or taxes your country may require.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers to the local carrier in your country air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back-end charges once the package has exited the country. Please check with your local Government authority before ordering if you are unsure.
As for all other Businesses, our delivery times might be longer than the above description, we kindly ask for your understanding. Packages undeliverable by any carrier and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our warehouse, minus delivery charges.
Please note that these are only a guide and may differ between countries. Although we do ship as soon as possible postal delays may occur, for reasons beyond our control.
