Returns and Refunds

For products purchased from the Glitzy Vegan Makeup website, we will now accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered. 

To be eligible for a return, the items must be in saleable condition, that is it is unused with all original sealed packaging and where the product seal is not broken or tampered and you can provide satisfactory proof of purchase.

If you received a product that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we do offer a refund or replacement if you contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered, any claim after this period may not be accepted. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your product, we are happy to offer an exchange or a refund.

Contact our Customer Service team here who will advise and assist you with the returns process. To help assist our customer care please ensure you have a receipt or proof of purchase including your order number and/or date of purchase.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we promise to handle your request carefully and promptly, please allow 1-2 working days for a reply.
