Returns and Refunds

Products purchased from the Glitzy Vegan Makeup website can now be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in a saleable condition for a return, meaning they are unused, with all original sealed packaging, and the product seal is not broken or tampered with. You must also provide satisfactory proof of purchase or order number.

Should you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Claims made after this period may not be accepted. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, we are pleased to offer an exchange or refund.

Please reach out to our Customer Service team, who will guide you through the returns process. Please  ensure that  you have a receipt or proof of purchase, your order number and/or date of purchase.
