FAQ

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed we regret that it cannot be changed or canceled. Please read and check carefully your order details before submitting it. 

 What can I do if I ordered the wrong color shade?

When ordering, please choose your product shades carefully as we do not offer refunds for the incorrect color choice.

If you have a question about any color, please contact customer care.

Can I return my order? 

For products purchased from the Glitzy Vegan Makeup website, we will accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered and allow up to 28 days to process any return request for a refund or replacement.

To be eligible for a return, the items must be in saleable condition, that is it is unused with all original sealed packaging and where the product seal is not broken or tampered and you can provide satisfactory proof of purchase.

Can I return an item if damaged/faulty? 

If you received a product that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we do offer a refund or replacement if you contact us within 7 days of your order being delivered, any claim after this period may not be accepted.

Contact our Customer Service team here who will advise and assist you with the returns process. To help assist our customer care please ensure you have proof of purchase including your order number and/or date of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, our customer care team will notify you of the approval of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. Financial institutions may vary in time to process refunds. If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact our customer care team.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Glitzy Vegan Makeup. Where an item has been identified as damaged through misuse, neglect, or abnormal use, Glitzy Vegan Makeup will not provide a refund or exchange.

Sometimes, we don't ask you to send back your purchase but simply provide pictures, if we feel that they might be enough to assess your query; please provide them promptly if asked, as this can expedite your case. 

Can you send me samples?

Regrettably, samples are not available simply on request or in general distribution at present. Samples are available periodically during special offers.

Do you test on animals?

At Glitzy, we do not test any of our products on animals and we will never do it.

Do you ship Internationally?

Glitzy Vegan Makeup is currently unable to accept orders to be delivered to destinations in various Countries, for related information please refer to our Shipping page.

How can I pay for my order? 

We accept all major Credit Cards, Paypal and ApplePay; please proceed to the checkout and you will see all of them displayed, and you'll be able to click on the payment method you prefer. 

Can I still order online if I don't have a credit card?

Yes, you can pay using PayPal for your online orders.

How can I select my preferred payment option? 

Please just proceed to the car adding your products, when you will reach the checkout, all payment options will appear automatically.

Why I didn't receive a confirmation email?

Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email please email info@glitzymakeup.com to ensure you provided the correct email during checkout. 

What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email info@glitzymakeup.com within 2 hours of placing your order. You must make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number, and correct shipping address.
