Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed we regret that it cannot be changed or canceled. Please read and check carefully your order before submitting it. 

 

Can you send me samples?

Regrettably, samples are not available simply on request or general distribution at present. Samples are available periodically during special offers.

Do you test on animals?

At Glitzy, we do not test any of our products on animals and we will never do it.

Do you ship Internationally?

Glitzy Vegan Makeup is currently unable to accept orders to be delivered to destinations in various Countries, for related information please refer to our Shipping page.

How can I pay for my order? 

We accept all major Credit Cards, Paypal and ApplePay; please proceed to the checkout and you will see all of them displayed, and you'll be able to click on the payment method you prefer. 

How can I select my preferred payment option? 

Please just proceed to the car adding your products, when you will reach the checkout, all payment options will appear automatically.

Why I didn't receive a confirmation email?

Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email please email info@glitzymakeup.com to ensure you provided the correct email during checkout. 

What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email info@glitzymakeup.com within 2 hours of placing your order. You must make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number, and corrected shipping address.
