How do I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed we regret that it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please read and check carefully your order before submitting it. 

Can you send me samples?

Regrettably, samples are not available simply on request or on general distribution at present. Samples are available periodically during special offers.

Do you test on animals?

At Glitzy, we do not test any of our products on animals and we will never do it.

Do you ship internationally?

Glitzymakeup.com is currently unable to accept orders to be delivered to destinations in various Countries, for related information please refer to our Shipping page.

Why I didn't receive a confirmation email?

Please make sure you check all folders in your inbox including the junk and spam folders. If you still cannot find your confirmation email please email info@glitzymakeup.com to ensure you provided the correct email during checkout. 

What if I made a mistake in my shipping address?

If you have made a mistake in your shipping address please email info@glitzymakeup.com within 2 hours of placing your order. You must make the subject line 'CHANGE OF ADDRESS' and provide your full name, order number and corrected shipping address.
